Parts Associate
Stutsman Harley-Davidson is seeking a Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and be knowledgeable about their parts and accessories. The Parts Associate is responsible for ensuring that the parts department runs smoothly by assisting customers with their purchasing needs, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping the department clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their parts and accessory needs, providing excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of all parts and accessories
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
- Receive and stock incoming shipments of parts and accessories
- Process special orders for customers
- Maintain knowledge of all Harley-Davidson products and accessories
- Operate computer systems to look up parts and process orders
- Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and their parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to use computer systems to look up parts and process orders
- Valid motorcycle license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Motorcycle Sales Associate
Stutsman Harley-Davidson is looking for a Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used motorcycles, as well as accessories and related products. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience at our dealership.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect motorcycle for their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct sales transactions and ensure that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the dealership's inventory
- Stay up to date with the latest motorcycle and industry trends in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement
